City West Lotteries House (CWLH) offers a range of modern meeting spaces—including a conference room, boardroom, training room, and smaller meeting rooms—available for hire by not-for-profit organisations and external businesses.
We also offer affordable office spaces for lease exclusively to not-for-profit organisations, supporting a collaborative and community-focused environment.

There is no free parking available at CWLH. However, there are various paid parking options right outside the building, and we also offer limited parking bays that can be booked prior to an event. The rates for our parking bays are:

While we do not provide catering services, we do offer a bottomless tea and coffee option for $5 per person (arranged in advance). We recommend Café Blooming as a local catering provider for events at CWLH (without any delivery fee).
