City West Lotteries House (CWLH) offers meeting room hire with modern facilities, including a conference room, boardroom, training room and various meeting rooms, available to both NFPs and external businesses and organisations. Additionally, we provide affordable office spaces for lease, exclusively for not-for-profit (NFP) organisations, fostering a collaborative and community-driven workspace.

You can book a meeting space through our website by navigating to “Pricing - Book Now”, creating a Skedda account, and selecting your preferred venue. Alternatively, you can call our reception at (08) 9420 7200 or email us at admin@cwlh.org.au to make a booking.

• More than 14 days before event: Full refund
• Within 14 days of event: 75% refund
• Within 7 days of event: 50% refund
• Same-day cancellations: No refund

There is no free parking available around CWLH. However, there are various paid parking options right outside the building, and we also offer limited parking bays that can be booked prior to an event. The rates for our parking bays are:

• $12 for a half-day
• $22 for a full day

However, spaces are limited so we do encourage guests to take advantage of our conveniently located public transport. 

While we do not provide catering services, we do offer a bottomless tea and coffee option for $5 per person (arranged in advance). We recommend Café Blooming as a local catering provider for events at CWLH.

No, we do not sell or redeem lottery tickets. While we are sponsored by Lotterywest, we are a separate entity from them.

 At CWLH, we provide a range of facilities to ensure your meeting, event, or workshop runs smoothly and professionally. Available amenities for external hirers include:

• Conference Room Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen attached to the conference room, featuring a hot water urn, oven, fridge, and ample crockery and cutlery for convenient self-catering.
• Communal Kitchens: Two shared kitchen spaces are available to all venue users for basic catering needs.
• Modern Audio-Visual Equipment: Access to advanced AV systems, including large-screen displays, teleconferencing equipment, wireless microphones, and hearing assistance technology available for hire.
• Printing, Copying, and Scanning: A3 and A4 printing, photocopying, and scanning services are available on-site for your convenience.
• Laminating and Binding Services: Add professional finishing touches to your documents with our in-house laminating and binding services.
• Secure Storage Lockers: Short-term lockers are available for hire to securely store personal belongings during your event.
• All-Gender Toilets: Convenient bathroom facilities are accessible to all guests.
• Paid Parking Options: While free parking is not available, there are paid parking bays directly outside the building, and limited bays can be pre-booked at the following rates:
  • $12 for a half-day
  • $22 for a full day
• Reception Support:  Our friendly front desk team is available from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM on weekdays (and on weekends with prior notice) to assist with any enquiries or support needs. 
• High-Speed Wi-Fi: Fast and reliable internet access across all meeting spaces.

Our meeting spaces are equipped with full A/V setups, including:

• Various screens for hybrid meetings
• Free WiFi throughout the building
• Wall-mounted and freestanding whiteboards
• Projector for presentations
• Microphones (available upon request at reception)

• Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Venue availability: Available outside office hours upon request (discounts may apply)
• If you book outside office hours, please arrange key collection in advance.

No, our staff are not available for venue setup or pack-up. We kindly ask that all hirers set up and clean up after their booking.

Yes, all hirers must provide a copy of their liability insurance via email before using our facilities.

Our meeting rooms are available for anyone to book. However, Not-For-Profit organisations receive discounted rates.

Yes! We encourage all first-time hirers to call ahead and schedule a tour to view the space and conduct a tech check before their event.

Yes, CWLH is fully wheelchair accessible, including ramps and accessible restrooms. 

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own catering. We recommend using our communal kitchens for food preparation and storage. 

Yes, we offer discounted rates for long-term or recurring bookings. Please contact our team to discuss special pricing. 

We ask that all hirers clean up after their event. A cleaning fee may apply if additional cleaning is required. 

Yes, you can rearrange furniture to suit your event needs, but we ask that you return everything to its original setup after use. 

City West Lotteries House primarily caters to meetings, training sessions, and conferences. However, private parties and social events are permitted, provided the hirer has liability insurance. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
