BOOKING Policy - FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS
- For bookings outside business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm), keys must be collected from reception during office hours prior to your booking.
- Your booking will be confirmed and invoiced within seven days of submission.
- If applicable, please provide your certificate of currency for public liability insurance once your booking is confirmed.
- Bookings submitted online are treated as requests. Each request is checked by our team, and once approved, a confirmation email and invoice will be sent.
