With a background in community development and both operational and strategic leadership, Angela is committed to meaningful, grassroots and strategic impact. She has served on the Care for Hedland Environmental Association Committee for five years and recently completed the AICD Company Directors Course. She is also a part-time apiarist when time permits.

Steven holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia with a primary focus on finance and strategy.

Karen has worked as an executive with over 30 years in health and human services organizations working in human resources, corporate services and operations. She holds qualifications in allied health, human resources and finance. In addition, Karen has plentiful experience in setting vision, focus, goals and strategies, to compliance and quality and risk management.

He is an accomplished executive with extensive experience across the construction, resources, infrastructure, engineering and defence sectors in Australia and the UK, specialising in contracts, commercial, legal, strategy and risk management, supported by strong governance and compliance expertise. A committed advocate for community, sustainability and sustainable growth.

Dora has been a part of CWLH for 16 years and has participated on the board for many years. Growing up in the country has inspired a great passion for the environment and social justice. Dora likes to pay back to the community and is actively involved with Community gardens and aged care.

Samuel is a Program Manager at the Western Australian Aboriginal Leadership Institute (WAALI), where he leads programs that empower Aboriginal people across WA. He supports initiatives in mentoring, cultural leadership development, and community wellbeing, using his role to advocate for Indigenous representation and promote culturally grounded leadership.

Jess is passionate about environmental conservation, climate justice, inclusion, community building and the arts. She has worked or volunteered in the not-for-profit space for over 10 years, including in community arts centres, artist-run initiatives and grassroots environment organisations. She is currently Acting Director of the Western Australian Forest Alliance, a CWLH tenant.

With over 30 years of experience in mental health, child and family welfare, and community services, Meaghan brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to the communities she serves. Meaghan is the CEO of Living Proud WA, Western Australia's longest-running LGBTIQA+SB peer organization. With over 30 years of experience in mental health, child and family welfare, and community services, Meaghan brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to the communities she serves. Prior to her CEO role, Meaghan served as Vice Chair on the Living Proud Board and was the Director of Services at Switchboard Victoria, where they played a pivotal role in developing and delivering services for LGBTIQA+SB communities, including the QLife Program.

Working at City West Lotteries House has been her first experience of the not-for-profit sector, but Fiona says she has been truly inspired by the efforts of each of our tenant organisations, particularly those in the disability space, to support and advocate for their clients and families.
