To make things as easy as possible, our building is fully serviced and we charge tenants a single monthly fee per square metre of office space. This fee covers all outgoings for electricity and water, general cleaning, air-conditioning, building maintenance, building reception service, use of common facilities and small meeting rooms, and more.
